America’s English Language School’s unique Modular ESL Enrollment™ allows students to register not only more frequently, but for different lengths of study time. This allows students flexibility while trying to accomplish their goals. As such, pricing can vary by duration of study. International Students wanting to study at America’s English Language School need to apply for their F-1 Visa. Nomen Global’s Student Advisors are available to assist you through the entire application process, including preparation for your visit with the United States Embassy. International Students who currently have a F-1 Visa and are attending another school can transfer to America’s English Language School by filling out the application below. Or by contacting the school directly.

After an application has been submitted and before the creation of an I-20 can be processed, the following documents must be submitted.

Application and Express Mail Fee
A nonrefundable application fee of $125* is required for all students who wish to enroll in America’s English Language School. An express mail fee of $75* is required for students requesting an I-20 to be mailed to their local address in their home country.

Embassy Information and Scheduling
The United States Government requires all international students to register with SEVIS. “The SEVIS I-901 fee is mandated by Congress to support the program office and the automated system that keeps track of students and exchange visitors and ensures that they maintain their status while in the United States. Each student or exchange visitor issued an initial Form I-20 or DS-2019 on or after September 1, 2004, is responsible for paying this fee to SEVP.” (http://www.ice.gov/sevis/i901/faq)

Students should schedule an appointment with their Student Advisor before going to the embassy. The Advisor will help you to ensure you have the required documentation needed for your embassy visit.

Health Insurance Information
International Students coming to the United States should have Health Insurance. Student Services can assist you in deciding which Health Insurance is right for you. Look over the Health Insurance Pamphlet below to learn more about Health Insurance.
Arriving in Provo
Upon approval of the F-1 Visa, students should begin to make plans for arrival to America’s English Language School. Flights should be scheduled to arrive to school 5 days before classes begin. If a student needs transportation from the airport to their school or housing, please contact the school directly to make arrangements 2 weeks before your flight is due to arrive.
Application and Registration
The application process ends for each student upon the generation of the students I-20. Upon receipt of the F-1 student visa the registration process is complete.
Tuition should be paid in full before arrival into the United States. Students could be charged additional late fees upon arrival to America’s English Language School if tuition has not been paid. If you have any questions about tuition, please contact your Student Advisor.

America’s English Language School does provide additional services to students upon request. Those services are listed below.
Enrollment is to be done BEFORE the student is to begin classes. Please arrive to the school to complete the enrollment process.

Upon completion of the registration process, all funds for tuition and housing paid are subject to the refund policy. (Fees are non-refundable). If a student chooses to drop classes or cancel a housing contract, a partial refund will be issued based on the schedule below.
- Day of registration 100% tuition refund
- 1 day after registration 85% tuition refund
- 2 days after registration 55% tuition refund
- 3 days after registration 40% tuition refund
- 4 days after registration 25% tuition refund
- 5 days after registration 0% tuition refund
